Brown Trucks: Loaded with Worthy Contents
The name Brown is around for long in the US truck and van body industry, in fact Brown Trucks were the first to manufacture Van Bodies in the year 1946. Initially in 1946 the manufacturer was known as Brown Trailers, Inc. very first Brown Trucks bodies were constructed using trailer parts and the first van body was outfitted on a vehicle that was used as bookmobile vehicle. That van body unit was registered as first dry freight cargo ever made. This was the first body to be made using aluminum. Later after successfully building the van body the manufacturer than expanded nation wide. Brown Trucks were than sold to another business called Clark Equipment Company.
